As our firm grew, it became quickly apparent that we needed to look at alternative ways to provide our required harassment and discrimination training. Having
eight branch offices located throughout the State of Florida, it was no longer feasible for us to provide live training in a timely and cost effective manner. It was important to find an online training program that would be easy for our employees to access and use as well as provide the necessary course content and customized integration of our policies and procedures. We consider training regarding sexual harassment and discrimination to be an extremely important aspect of our HR program and a business fundamental.

We have been using the training program for nearly three years now. Having Comply America available 24 hours a day has been very helpful, since our employees and managers have schedules that don't easily accommodate classroom lectures or rigid hours.

The training has been easy to implement ensuring that all new employees receive it. Perhaps most importantly, the program has undoubtedly reduced the company's legal exposure to harassment claims and heightened everyone's awareness to their responsibilities regarding these issues.
