Martin LaPointe to Conduct Webinars
Focus on Reduction In Force Procedures

March 2009. Beginning in April 21st 2009 EPRMA will present a series of Webinars for interested members regarding best practices for reducing staff. Emphasis will be placed on the appropriate criteria for the selection of employees to be terminated, proper documentation of the RIF decisions and best practices for controlling potential litigation. Mailings will be sent out to members and advanced registration will be offered in April.

Become an EPRMA Member

Any business domiciled in the United States is eligible to become a member. As a member you have access to the Helpline, Comply America Training, and the ability to buy EPLI insurance as a member of the EPRMA, a Risk Purchasing Group. Businesses with up to 50 employees may join the Employment Practices Risk Management Association (EPRMA) for Five HundredDollars ($500.) Protect your business' assets with an innovative program from EPRMA. You may also join EPRMA for a reduced fee as a benefit of membership in many affinity group organizations. Ask your organization whether they offer cross membership with EPRMA. EPRMA is the most effective way for small businesses to protect themselves from employee problems that won't go away.
