Employee Practices Risk Management Association have worked hard to provide members with the resource they need to manage their risks from exposure to charges of discrimination and harassment. EPRMA was formed in response to the opportunity afforded by the Supreme Court for businesses to mitigate this risk through risk management.

EPRMA Members Helpline

EPRMA is pleased to announce its member Helpline. Any manager, officer, owner, principal, supervisor or designated employee of an EPRMA member may call the Helpline. The service is provided by Burke Warren MacKay and Serritella under the direction and supervision of Martin K. LaPointe. It is one of the many benefits of EPRMA membership.

    We are pleased to announce that EPRMA has partnered with Credential Check Corporation to provide World Class Screening Solutions to our members. Our association strongly encourages members to utilize background check at all levels of employees and has established this partnership to submit checks at reduced pricing through one on-line secure system. The bundle of free services that EPRMA is offering EPLI policyholder’s managers and or supervisors that are newly hired or promoted (within 6 months). The free three critical screening services are; National Criminal Index Plus, Social Security Trace and County Level Criminal Checks including alias name searches, see “background checks” for more details.
